MAGA Republican Kevin Thompson served as a member of the Mesa, Az. Council, District 6 from January 2015 to January 2023. Thompson is a member of the Arizona Corporation Commission. He assumed office on January 2, 2023. His current term ends on January 4, 2027. Thompson has filed a Statement of Interest with the Arizona Secretary of State and is running for re-election the Arizona Corporation Commission in the 2026 election.
