  Democrat Sam Huang was an at-large member of the Chandler City Council in Arizona. He assumed office in 2017. He left office on January 14, 2021. Huang ran for election to the Arizona House of Representatives to represent District 12. He lost in the Democratic primary on August 2, 2022.
