Think SB-1062 is gone forever?


SB-1062 was written by Cathi Herrod of the Center for Arizona Policy and  introduced by Senator Steve Yarbrough.  The bill was passed by the Republican-controlled Senate on February 19, along party lines and passed by the state House on February 20.  Governor Jan Brewer was forced to veto the bill on February 26, 2014 due to public outcry on both the state and national level.  One would think that, due to the bad publicity, loss of business and loss of reputation SB-1062 would be dead permanently.  One would be wrong.  During the current Primary election season Cathi Herrod and Center for Arizona Policy have put out the following survey to Arizona candidates.  Please note questions 9,11 and 15.  Question 15 is about SB-1062:
