February 19, along party lines and passed by
the state House on February 20.
Governor Jan Brewer was forced to veto the
bill on February 26, 2014 due to public
outcry on both the state and national level.
One would think that, due to the bad
publicity, loss of business and loss of
reputation SB-1062 would be dead
permanently. One would be wrong.
