"A judge booted
Arizona Corporation
Commissioner Boyd
Dunn off the
Republican primary
ballot Thursday
after a campaign
worker who gathered
nominating petition
signatures on his
behalf admitted in
court that she
forged some of the
names. After tossing
all of the 166
nominating petition
signatures the
worker had submitted
along with several
hundred other
signatures that
county election
officials deemed
invalid, Maricopa
County Superior
Court Judge Roger
Brodman said Dunn
was 92 signatures
short of qualifying
for a spot on the
ballot."
